My experience with Razan (receptionist) has been the most pleasant. She is very proactive, responsive, compassionate and accommodating. She managed, scheduled and coordinated my MRI appointment and was very helpful in answering many questions prior to my appointment. Administratively you will likely not encounter anyone better. Having all the nitty gritty in place allowed me to be at ease and focus on my appointment.
Dr Thomas has excellent bedside manner, takes his time to explain relevant information in a way that is easy to understand. I felt at ease that he provided me with various treatment options re my diagnoses and is willing to work within my level of tolerance.
As a patient with endometriosis this is very often NOT the experience and therefore, I feel very grateful for tailored compassionate care and a clear expectation of outcomes. The offices are clean, neat and I can highly recommend Dr Thomas to anyone suffering with endometriosis.

I also want to commend the exceptional service I received from the receptionist, Razan. She was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any of my queries. Her kindness and willingness to go back and forth to get medical aid things sorted greatly reduced my anxiety regarding medical procedures. I feel comfortable and trust that I’m in good hands, knowing that any of my questions will be answered.
Razan was also punctual with updates regarding my procedures and even provided reminders. Her professionalism and support made a significant difference in my experience.

It isn’t easy to find words to describe the relief and gratitude I feel having Dr Thomas as my surgeon and as the doctor managing my endometriosis. He is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon and truly listens to his patients and shows compassion for their anxiety and pain. This is something truly relieving and rare for such an ‘invisible’ and misunderstood condition.

Needed surgery for my endometriosis and after 2 years of unprofessional gynaes, I finally got the help I needed from Dr Thomas without any struggle. As someone who is very sceptical when it comes to doctors, it was refreshing to see one who listened to me and respected/factored in all my opinions, choices and concerns without any judgment.
He’s an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner and really made the journey smooth. His receptionist, Razaan, was lovely and warm as well. She treated me like she knew me for years and not just another patient, which helped with my nerves and made me feel comfortable. They’re definitely a great team, and I’d recommend them to anyone needing surgery or even just for those who have struggled with this condition.
I was so impressed with the quality of care I received from Dr Thomas and Razan. I have battled with endo all my life, and the beginning of this year started with me being in extreme pain. Razan ensured that I got an appointment very quickly; she booked my MRI within a couple of days, and my surgery was scheduled very soon after that. Razan even called me a few days before the surgery to talk about my stress levels and what to expect, etc.
I cannot tell you what a difference that made! It was a long surgery to fix a ‘frozen pelvis’ (from very severe endo) and a full hysterectomy. Dr Thomas is an incredible surgeon and has the most amazing bedside manner. I only had to stay in the hospital for 1 night, and my recovery has been so easy, which speaks to his meticulous surgical skills. Honestly, if you are battling with endometriosis, there is only one person you should see, and that is Dr Thomas!
After seeing quite a few other specialists, I was recommended to go and see Dr Thomas. What a great experience! He is kind, honest, and cares for my well-being. I was explained everything on a level I could understand. I highly appreciate his help after my surgery and for giving me the advice and tools to use for my steps towards healing. He is sensitive towards your needs and doesn’t make you do anything you don’t want to, always gives you options that you’re most comfortable with.

Visited Dr Thomas in January, what an amazing soul. Showed so much compassion and listened and responded in a manner that just made you feel “listened to, understood and validated and made a conscious effort to engage with my emotions/ experience of what I’m going through. Which I have not experienced since being diagnosed with Endometriosis.
I have been following the diet and prescription pills, and I’m starting to feel more like myself again. I am even enjoying my weekly walks again without feeling in agony of pain afterwards. I still have down days, but most of them are more manageable now.
